William Marston’s:DISC workshop – Understanding Behavioral Styles
Workshop introduction
Individual behavior styles and preferences have a direct impact on our interpersonal relationships on workplace teams. Each individual team member has their own DISC style. They differ from each other in fundamental ways including their values, behaviors, talents, temperaments, wants and beliefs. This DISC workshop helps individuals understand each other better and appreciate the unique differences each person brings to the workplace. As a result, you will become a more successful leader and make interactions with others more rewarding and effective.
Prior to the workshop each participant will be asked to complete a DISC survey assessment. This will then be used in the workshop for practice purposes.
